By accessing or using the Impulmado website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Impulmado provides professional document digitization, cloud storage, and backup services for businesses, accounting firms, and legal offices in Argentina. Our services include but are not limited to:
Specific terms for document digitization projects are outlined in individual service agreements. These agreements specify scope of work, timelines, costs, deliverables, and other project-specific terms. In case of conflict between these general Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the service agreement prevails.

We maintain strict security protocols for all documents entrusted to us. However, you retain full responsibility for the content of your documents. We are not liable for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of document content. You represent and warrant that you have the right to digitize and store all documents provided to us.
You retain all ownership rights to the content of your documents. We claim no ownership over your document content. The digitized files we create remain your property. Our processes, methodologies, software, and systems remain our intellectual property.
We treat all client documents and information as confidential. Our staff members sign confidentiality agreements and undergo background checks. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide services (such as cloud storage providers operating under confidentiality obligations).
To the fullest extent permitted by Argentine law, Impulmado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to cloud storage or backup systems. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payment is due according to project milestones or monthly billing cycles. Late payments may result in service suspension. You are responsible for all costs associated with collecting overdue payments.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you retain access to your digitized documents and may download them. We may delete stored documents after a reasonable period following termination unless otherwise agreed.
We retain digitized documents according to your service agreement terms. You may request deletion of your data at any time. Upon deletion request, we will permanently remove your documents from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
